Where can I get a HM to scale steep rocks and such? Also, I need to get into the Galactic building in Veilstone City, but have no key... where do I get HM for sclaing rocks and The Galactic key?

You need the HM rock climb to scale rocks.Go on the path you went on to get to snowpoint city and make sure you get every item.It should be right by a house with a hiker inside.Also,once you have advanced
far enough into the game a galactic dude will be standing outside the huge galactic building and he will drop the key when you talk to him.

1.) Where can I get Rock Climb?
To my knowlage, you can find this HM in Route 217

2.) Where can I get the Galactic Key?

Directions...
1. Speek to the Galactic guy next to the Veilstone Building, he'll be nervous, he will say he didn't knew anything of a Galactic Veilstone Key.
2. Then he'll run off, and there'll be a Pokeball where he was standing.
3. Open that Pokeball, and inside is the Key!
4. Go to the smaller building next to him, and use the Key on the door.

That is how I got it!
